Celtic Bank is growing and is ready to add an IT Project
Manager. We are looking to add a proactive and engaged leader who
has proven experience managing multiple, complex projects
simultaneously and who can collaborate effectively across various
departments. As an IT project manager, you will lead
cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes via projects
and initiatives. You'll plan, organize, adjust, and direct all
aspects of project to ensure requirements are met, priority is
clear, and business outcomes are achieved. Budgets, deliverable
tracking, status reporting, communication plans and similar are
part of this role, as is leadership, influence, and delivering
results.The IT Project Manager will work closely with product
management, engineering, IT, business and operations, marketing,
executives, and other key stakeholder groups. It is likely this
role will have a mild blend of program or product management at
times.WHAT YOU'LL DO AT CELTIC BANK+ Create, adjust, organize, and
manage project plans and timelines.+ Ensure requirements,
functionality, and product needs are gathered and documented,
understood, comprehensive, continually assessed and reviewed, and
accurately delivered.+ Create forums for prioritization and plan
adjustments, and actively engage stakeholders to ensure highest
priority outcomes are delivered.+ Create, manage, adjust, and
communicate project-based budgets and financial tracking+ Develop,
track, radiate, and communicate the status of deliverables,
milestones, key dates, key decisions and trade-offs, and related
key information.RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO DO IT+ Experience
with financial services core vendor migrations and implementations
preferred.+ 5+ years of experience using project management tools
and workflow management tools, such as Monday.com, Jira, Teams, and
similar.+ 5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple,
simultaneous projects with high degree of complexity and
cross-organizational outcomes.+ Strong written and verbal
communication skills, including the ability to explain and
translate technical issues in order to communicate with team
members, management, partners, and stakeholders.+ Analytical and
problem-solving skills to manage issues, impediments, and project
complexities.+ Organization and time management

employee in this position needs to occasionally move between work
sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office
machinery, etc.+ Communicate: The employee is regularly required to
talk or hear and will frequently communicate with others. Must be
able to read, write and understand fluent English.+ Work Model: The
employee will work either a fully Onsite, Hybrid or Remote work
model. All employees, regardless of location, may be required to
travel to the Salt Lake City office for mandatory company meetings,
events, or related occasions. + Utah-based employees: Hybrid work
schedule available after initial training period in our Salt Lake
City, Utah office - department and job requirements will determine
eligibility. + Out of State employees: Full remote work schedule
available.
