Digital Ally Inc.Description:Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerReports To: Director of Sales and Business Development FLSA Status: ExemptDepartment: Law EnforcementSummary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of Digital Ally's products and services in a specified region (Western States), or major geographical area. The Regional Sales Manager will sell Digital Ally's products and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge. A strong technical background, with the ability to rapidly learn changing technology in the industry is required. The position requires extensive, structured travel - up to 70% of the timeAccountability, Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Research and make contact with potential customers, in a 13 state territory Maintain up-to-date awareness of changing products, features and requirements, in both Digital Ally products and technology for our customers to effectively use themMeet required prospecting goals for outbound cold calls and webinar presentations.Schedule webinar presentations about Digital Ally's products for each customer, taking into account the customer's current technological infrastructure and emerging industry technologiesDevelop proposals for customers on products & technical services that meet there specific needsGenerate quotes based on needed or desired equipment and infrastructureProvide superior customer service to clients by making regular sales calls to develop relationships with new and existing customersMeet established sales quotas and revenue goalsFulfill weekly reporting requirements regarding customer calls and site visitsAttend industry-related tradeshowsAttend pre-bid meetings as required by managerMonitor customers' Service History to ensure customer satisfactionCommunicate with the Product Support technicians on issues that existing customers are experiencingResponsible for keeping track of and maintaining all company supplied demo equipmentPerform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to timeQualification / Skills:Strong sales & relationship building skills, with 1-2 years outside sales experience requiredAssociates or Bachelor's degree; degree in a technical field is a plusKeeps current with developing technologyCandidate needs to be self-motivated, and can work effectively with little supervisionCan effectively troubleshoot and diagnose problemsAbility to safely operate a motor vehicleMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to be covered under company vehicle insuranceEducation / Experience:Strong sales & relationship building skills, with 1-2 years outside sales experience requiredAssociates or Bachelor's degree; degree in a technical field is a plusPhysical Requirements:N/APersonal Protective Equipment:As requiredDigital Ally is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, color, national origin, sex, gender, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, religious creed, physical or mental disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, genetic or medical condition, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
