Ref ID: 04210-0012627959Classification: Accounts Receivable Supervisor/ManagerCompensation: $60000.00 to $70000.00 yearly--- Review and approve client accounts for contracts, purchase orders, lien waivers, and general documentation--- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients--- Verify the accuracy of the invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used--- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports--- Assist with investigations and resolves problems associated with contract signatures, processing invoices, and collecting payments--- Approve and keep track of all credits owed to the clients and ensures all credits are properly applied to client accounts--- Ensure all payments made by check, EFT, Credit Card, and wire transfer are posted to the appropriate client accounts--- Reconciles client payments to deposits with variance explanations for review by the AR manager--- Confirms all client inquiries and correspondence are answered via phone, email, and internet communication in a timely manner--- Settles disputes with invoices and payments to the satisfaction of both Barco and the client.--- Prepare analyses of accounts and aged receivables to support the production of monthly financial reports--- Assist with any other duties assigned
