Duties:
- Collaborate with Field Sales Leadership to identify businesses
within your territory that are accessing our ideal customer and
develop partnerships with these businesses to expand our product
reach
- Improve upon existing facility partnerships by highlighting new
programs and benefits available
- Assist our business partners in implementing new programs by
acting as a strategic partner, providing necessary materials as
well as supporting our partners in launching and promoting new
programs
- Maintain consistent follow-up with our partners to ensure
facility growth, answer questions, and provide direction
- Leverage technology, such as Salesforce, to track, report, and
advance your sales activity
- Continuously look to integrate process improvements and
collaborate with leadership to develop means of improving
efficiency and effectivenessAs a Director of Retail Development
with U.S. LawShield you will balance new business development and
account management to continually grow your territory's revenue and
member base. You are responsible for knowledgeably and
professionally representing the brand to existing facility
partners, and identifying innovative opportunities for continued
growth within your territory by building relationships with new
businesses. You will act as a product and brand expert, rolling out
new programs and benefits to our partners and supporting them as
they implement these programs within their businesses. While
offering more flexibility than your typical 9 to 5 job, we expect
that this role would be an even split between time in the field and
time working from home, and trust that as the expert on the
facilities in your area, you will manage your time in such a way to
offer the greatest level of customer service.Benefits:
- $80,000 base and uncapped commission on all new revenue
generated within your assigned region once goal is met, leading to
an OTE of 100k- 110k in year one

Experience working with and managing retail accounts is preferred.
