A great candidate will have passion for their work and share in our drive for seeking excellence in all we do.What You'll Do:The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will work directly with senior executives and be involved with all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development, including financial analysis and modeling, site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, legal document review, budgeting, design, and construction. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance, Development, and Asset Management teams. This position is based in our Salt Lake City office, will report to the Senior Vice President Finance.Core Responsibilities and Expectations:Prepare detailed financial analyses and models including those for transaction underwriting and return on investment analysisConduct assessments related to site acquisition and development feasibilityLead the preparation and presentation of business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plansProvide leadership, coaching and mentoring of the FP&A teamDevelop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be used to assess the company's performanceLead the preparation and presentation of monthly Development Project level consolidated reporting and dashboards, including Development and ClubProvide ongoing post-acquisition asset management support to Finance, Asset Management, Development and Operations teamsWho You Are:A Financial Business Partner You confidently work side-by-side with various business departments, providing financial information, tools, analysis, and insight to senior leaders, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions, and driving business strategy.Financially focused You look at information with a discerning eye to ensure its accuracy.
