What You'll Do:
Traeger is seeking a detailed-oriented Procurement Manager to join our Finance team in this newly created position. You will have experience in finding suppliers, managing budgets, price negotiation and contract development. Communication is key and the ability to work with all levels of Traeger is crucial. You will have excellent negotiation abilities and bring a wealth of experience with Vendor selection and negotiation.
How You'll Help Us Win:

• Develop and manage procurement strategies and process to drive meaningful cost savings.
• Develop, communicate and enforce company policies and procedures for purchasing
• Build long term relationships with vendors & evaluate their performance
• Negotiate contracts purchases with key suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement and favorable pricing from suppliers and vendors What You'll Need To Succeed:
  • Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years of Procurement and Supply Chain experience
  • Proven track record of successful procurement processes that have driven meaningful value creation within an organization
  • Experience standing up a procurement process a plus
  • Ability to operate autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
