The Engineering Manager will support the overall maintenance and engineering operation of the resort, including both interior and exterior features.

• Support the Assistant Director and Director of Engineering in the daily operation of the department
• Responsible for training and onboarding of new Engineering team members
• Work with contractors for scheduling and task assignments when needed
• Support safety protocols and procedures for the team
• Assist with all other duties as assigned QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be:
  • Knowledgable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering
  • Highly organized, comfortable with HotSOS or similar systems
  • Possess strong, empathetic leadership skills
  • Professional in both written and verbal communications
  • Experienced in hotel/resort preventative maintenance and/or repairs
