Build and lead a top performing service department with the best in the business working with youWork with dispatch to make sure the right technician goes to the right jobTrain, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standardsHandle any special projects related to running the Service DepartmentFacilitate the ongoing Apprentice to Tech, Tech to Senior Tech and Senior Tech to Field Supervisor training.Resolve customer issuesService Manager Qualifications - WHAT YOU BRING

Proven Manager experiencePrior experience as a Drain TechnicianExcellent verbal & written communication.Excellent time management skills.Ability to adapt to changing situations.Efficiency with multi-tasking and reporting. -Service Manager Benefits - WHAT WE OFFER
