Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Centered Design
with experience in healthcare technology and a focus on integrating
human-centered design into product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute an HCD discipline strategy in partnership with
company leaders
Demonstrate HCD value and propose enhancements to clients
Develop HCD careers for employees and provide professional
development for senior HCD leaders
Qualifications:
5+ years of HCD leadership experience
Experience leading company functions with a growth mindset
5+ years of experience leading HCD for clients
Knowledge of professional services and consulting
Experience in federal contracting and digital health products (nice
to have)
