position provides reports and analysis designed to have a significant impact on
the WBU Manufacturing Operation. The purpose of this position is to partner
with Regional management to provide accurate financial analysis/reporting
tools, so they can make effective operational management decisions that lead to
maximum operations while minimizing cost. This position has full P&L
ownership and accountability for the WBU Manufacturing region. Main purpose of
the role is to partner with Plant Management and the Regional Vice President
owning all aspects of financial operations in the region to drive the
successful planning, execution, and measurement of the manufacturing operation.
Focus will be both strategic and tactical to achieve least landed cost
objectives.-- This position will for with
Plant Finance Managers to drive major business decisions to improve operational
efficiency, cost minimization and overall Business Unit profitability. This
role is responsible for proactive initiation, development and execution of cost
reduction initiatives and profit-improving programs.--Key Job Responsibilities:

• Partner
  with all levels of Regional and Plant management to gather, analyze, summarize
  and prepare operational financial reports, operational forecasts and similar
  financial ad hoc reports.Assist in
  the development and implementation of operational reporting tools in order to
  provide operation management timely and accurate data on daily, weekly, monthly
  and quarterly operations.
• Oversee
  operational accounting and fixed asset transactions and proper inventory
  cut-off, so that operational expenditures are accurately recorded.Provide
  financial analysis to Financial Operations Director and Regional Vice
  President.
• Develop
  financial plans and forecasts by function and bakery while driving
  accountability, for upcoming period(s) and year(s).
• Ensure
  action plans align with financial commitments.
• Produce
  weekly and monthly reports on manufacturing key performance indicators.
• Manage,
  direct and coordinate the monthly closing cycle i.e., updating files, numerous
  accruals and adjusting entries, for the WBU in order to have a timely, accurate
  and complete representation of our financial results.
• Manage and
  contribute to the post closing operational analysis in order to identify and
  evaluate variances and providing narratives on those variances.
• Work with
  bakery staff to maintain the bakery stand costs and supporting commodities and
  resources.
• Coordinating
  with the Director of Finance, plan, organize, direct and control the work
  performed by the bakery finance teams.
