As an Growth Enablement Manager - E-Delivery you'll act as SME
(subject matter expert) on all things "Final Mile" for small parcel
ecommerce delivery services. Work closely with global sales teams
to identify, pursue, develop, and close Final Mile opportunities
that will contribute domestic and internal parcel volume to the
Maersk logistics network. Work closely with product and product
marketing teams to develop, deliver, and drive value positioning
for markets served across several ecommerce segments (e.g. Key
Clients, Retail, Lifestyle, FMCG, etc).

--- Be the eCommerce solutions SME to support sales and business
development efforts for Final Mile ecommerce logistics
--- Drive opportunity identification and creation for Maersk
ecommerce logistics services in North America and where applicable,
internationally (e.g. US outbound).
--- Drive opportunity closure through solution, contract, and
pricing negotiations in partnership with Sales, Account Management,
and Business Development teams.
--- Keep informed on area/regional/global eCommerce logistics
projects and products in order to provide insights and support as
necessary across NAM supply chain management.
--- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive value of end-to-end
solutions provided by Maersk (e.g. "Factory to Couch")
We are looking for:
--- Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, or,
10+ years related work experience in same/similar field
--- 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience required (e.g.
forward logistics, reverse logistics, Warehousing & Fulfilment,
Digital Logistics Offerings, etc.).
--- A strong execution minded individual with proven sales &
business development, account management and commercial skills,
good judgment and strong operational understanding including an
understanding of systems.
--- Understanding of supply chain fundamentals associated with
global logistics --- Excellent communication and problem solving
--- A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team
player with a collaborative mindset
--- Self-motivated, who can complete tasks without supervision---
Strong analytical skills
--- Ability to train, coach, evaluate and mentor
--- Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office
products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software
--- Domestic travel is required for this role on an as-needed and
approved basis to conduct client/prospect visits, facility/office
visits, attend trade shows, etc. Travel requirements in any given
month can range from 0% to 50%.
