Vice President of Community EngagementThe Vice President of Community Engagement is a top leadership position that will guide alignment of organization programs and services with the needs and wants of the community. The VP of Community Engagement will directly develop, co-develop, manage and implement programs while also working with other staff, partners and volunteers to further the impact of our work.The VP of Community Engagement will oversee the organization's Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) efforts and work with staff, volunteers, and partners to embed JEDI work in operations. The position will oversee organization-wide program assessment efforts and provide leadership for Marketing and Graphics staff.Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will:
