Job Overview:



The Enterprise Accounts Director (EAD) function is a key position within our salesforce, serving large and complex customers. The EAD has a high level of visibility within the organization and within the client network. The primary markets served are Retail Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce, Supply Chain Distribution / Fulfillment, and B2B manufacturing.

The EAD drives the strategy for a cross functional team working in partnership with Solution Engineers, Product Experts, Area Sales Managers, Strategic Partners, Sales Development, and Executive Teams to consult Enterprise level Customers, enabling them to benefit from their relationship with Packsize and its solutions and services. EADs meet and exceed quota expectations by developing impactful account strategies and steering the project to execute new business with highly strategic customers. EADs work to provide customer value through leadership, industry, customer, and product portfolio knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Accounts Director (EAD) will have the following focus areas:



  • Manage Enterprise level accounts for growth, and achievement of new business targets

  • Rely on leadership, networking, and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction

  • Effectively advise and serve customers through high impact, solution and results-based consulting

  • Develop new client projects / opportunities, account strategies, and generate new business

  • Manage complex solution projects often involving multiple client departments, divisions, and facilities

  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

  • Monitor competition by gathering current news, product information, and other industry related events

  • Accurately manage and forecast client projects and adhere to professional data hygiene utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools


    Qualifications:






    • Bachelors Degree in marketing, engineering or business related field required, MBA preferred

    • Minimum of 5 years Enterprise / Major Accounts level sales / consulting experience, preferably in eCommerce Fulfillment / Supply Chain

    • Proven consultant track record of developing and managing complex solution projects resulting in successful implementation and high customer satisfaction

    • Proven track record of complex capital equipment hardware, software, and services sales

    • Proven track record of penetrating Enterprise level accounts at the executive levels

    • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills

    • Ability to effectively utilize presentation and financial Return-On-Investment tools to articulate business value to customers

    • Ability to travel, as required to customer locations, attend meetings, training and other work-related events as scheduled.

            Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
