student loan repayment.As a Social Worker in Intensive Outpatient
at our facility you will be joining a team that has a passion for
creating positive patient interactions and a dedication to caring
for the multi-faceted wellness of those we serve. In this role:
- You will be responsible for overseeing patients in an intensive
outpatient program for professionals. The program is specifically
for high-functioning professionals struggling with mental health
and or mild substance abuse issues related to work stress, burnout,
and life balance.
- You will be responsible for developing curriculum for IOP
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day direction of social
service patient care, including quality care of the patient from
admission to discharge.
- You will do initial biopsychosocial assessments and bi-weekly
treatment team updates for patients with serious mental illness and
substance use disorders.
- You will be responsible for running daily therapy groups for
the professionals' IOP and to assist with the other IOPs.
- You will offer crisis intervention to patients and families
with psychosocial needs and coordinate the development of a
discharge plan of care for high-risk patient populations.
- You will assess for suicidal and homicidal ideations,
psychosis, and other mental disorders and make appropriate
referrals as needed.Qualifications:
- Current Utah State licensure in one of the following:o Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)o Clinical Social Worker (CSW)o
Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)o Associate Certified
Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)o Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist (LMFT)oAssociate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Master of Social Work or equivalent education required.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life
Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) / Nonviolent Crisis
Intervention training within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred.For the past 145
