Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to help with an ongoing coverage need in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. Please review the details below.

• 
  
• Dates May 27 - 31 and June 15 - 19
  
• Call only on weekends
  
• July 1 - 4 (call starts Friday 1 at 5pm and ends Tuesday July 5 at 8am.)
  
• July 22 - 24 (call starts Friday July 22 at 5pm and ends Monday July 25 at 8am.)
  
• Utah License a Must
  
• Vascular Surgery call panel coverage (24 hour call coverage up to 15 days) and outpatient visits to the clinic office.
