We are looking for Skills Lab Nurse Faculty to join our skills lab team at Joyce University. The primary responsibilities of the Skills Lab Faculty are to oversee and deliver instruction for the skills lab component of nursing courses in an innovative manner, provide input into overall curriculum development, have excellent and open communication with the team, and utilize course and survey data to improve the outcomes and student proficiency. The incumbent may be floated to the various areas of the simulation center according to the needs of the department. The Joyce Johnson Center of Simulation is packed with industry-leading medical technology including high-fidelity robotic patient mannequins, life-like synthetic cadavers, and realistic clinical environments. You will guide immersed, real-world, simulated scenarios to help students develop valuable technical skills.
