We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsSt. Mark's bariatric team is looking for a CSW or LCSW to provide psychosocial assessments for patients seeking to have a procedure. The CSW/LCSW will also support our medical weight loss patients with intensive behavioral counseling and some therapy using CBT. This position is located in Metabolic and Nutrition Services outpatient department at St. Mark's Hospital and works with a team of clinicians including nurse practitioner, dietitians, diabetes educators and social workers. Qualifications: * One of the following Current Utah State Social Work licenses:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Clinical Social Worker (CSW) * Master of Social Work education required. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
    * 2 years of clinical experience preferred. This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).For 150 years, St.
