This position is responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values
What You Bring/Job Requirements:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
  
  
• 
  Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
  
  
• 
  Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required
  
  
• 
  Master's degree preferred
  
  
• 
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
  
  
• 
  Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months required
  
  
  Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

  St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic.
  At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. While recently becoming a part of Centura, St. Elizabeth has been in the community since 1952 and has been living out its mission since day one. St. Elizabeth resides in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.
  Pay Range:
  $32.35 - $52.63 / hour
