As the VP of Nursing you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and driving operational excellence. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team, overseeing the delivery of patient care services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to promote best practices and ensure high-quality care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and improve overall clinical outcomes.
Provide education and support to staff, patients, and families to promote understanding and engagement in the care process.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as hospitals, payers, and community organizations, to enhance collaborative care efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Current, active RN license (or other relevant clinical licensure).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CMS regulations, state and federal guidelines, and quality improvement programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
