Job Description:
A healthtech company is looking for a Senior Clinical Operations
Associate to help scale their Psychiatry business and improve
provider and patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new clinical processes and transform technical systems to
support business growth
Work cross-functionally to build a world-class provider and patient
experience
Optimize processes and ensure scalability
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or an operations
role
Analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in GSuite and experience with Zendesk and
Salesforce
Experience working cross-functionally and in healthcare
Preference for familiarity with EHR systems and high-growth startup
or behavioral health experience
