Position Details: Full Time Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Hours: 36
Hours per Week, 12 Hour Shifts $25,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hire
with a 2-Year Commitment Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery
of patient care through the nursing process of assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for
directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established
clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional
disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Patients need care
24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s
personal characteristics. Qualifications: RN Licensure in the State
of New Mexico. Graduation from an accredited RN Program Prefer 2
years Nursing experience in Critical Care Current BLS, ACLS & PALS
& NRP Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such
