Position Details: Full Time Shift: Days Hours: 40 Hours a Week, 8
Hour Shifts $25,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hire with a 2-Year
Commitment Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery of patient
care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis,
planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing,
coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing
practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to
ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the
achievement of desired patient outcomes. Patients need care 24/7
and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Qualifications: RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico Graduate of
an accredited RN Program. 2 years Nursing experience in critical
care, surgical services preferred. Current BLS, ACLS & PALS
Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such
certification. Specialty certification preferred. Benefits:
