Services, is currently seeking a Quality Technician for a long-term
engagement at a premier client in Salt Lake City, UT
As a Quality Technician placed with Kelly Services you will be
responsible for the following:
Perform varied product inspections, generally of finished goods,
components, incoming materials or new products, by observing,
measuring and recording data.
Compares inspection results to defined requirements or
specifications and documents differences found. Accepts or rejects
items based on established guidelines
Compiles data and documents findings. Provides information
regarding rework/reject data to more experienced personnel for
validation and inclusion with production reports.
Inspects workmanship for defects and notifies appropriate
department personnel of suspected problems. Investigates proper
disposition of defective products.
Manages Calibration Program.
Performs final lot release and Initiates Change Orders.
Non- Compliance Coordination:
Coordinate and ensure nonconforming material reports are closed in
a timely manner. Assists in determining root cause of
non-conformance in nonconforming investigation process.
Device History Report:
Performs Device History Review Inspection and final release of
product to inventory control / warehouse.
Performs filing and supports the imaging and verification process
for Device History Records and other Quality System
High School Degree
1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a
medical device manufacturer.
2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance and Inspection.
Heavy documentation and document control experience.
Experience with Non-Conformance reporting.
