Maintain high levels of customer service and accuracy in all job functions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain focused are essential to success in this position. Candidates will be taking loan applications and typically following a script to assist customers where needed. The calls will be mainly inbound and take roughly 12-15 minutes per call.Responsibilities:Telephone Support for Customers by taking loan applicationsAdjusting existing applications as neededProviding approval/denial decisions based on requirements.Follow provided script and approval proceduresOther assigned tasksSkills:call center, Customer service, BankingTop Skills Details:-Customer Service Experience (The Loan Processing Position is Enerbank's most entry-level role so 6 months-1 year customer service will work)-Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs-Ability to handle mainly inbound calls -Strong communication skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-High school diploma/GED required.-Ability to multi task through multiple programs-Remain calm during stressful conversations -Ability to work in a fast paced environments -Detail orientedExperience Level:Entry Level#SLCCSR About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
