Customer service position in the Order Fulfillment Department
involving retrieving, processing, packaging and shipping all orders
for merchandise or textbooks through Internet or telephone orders.
In addition to working in a fun atmosphere benefits of employment

Duties include customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise,
data entry, computer work, answering phone, processing orders and
other duties as assigned. Assists with order fulfillment in other
departments as needed.
Work Environment and Level of Frequency typically required
Nearly Continuously: Office environment.
Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be
Nearly Continuously: walking, hearing, listening, talking.
Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), sitting.
Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead, lifting (up to 50 pounds).
This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided.
Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills and
the ability to pass a security clearance is required. Some
positions require a minimum of six months cashiering
Ability to operate office equipment, computer software (Microsoft
Word and Excel) and familiarity with Internet, e-mail and
e-commerce preferred. Cashiering experience is desirable. Ability
to organize, track and prioritize multiple tasks. Independent
worker and detail-oriented qualities a must. Excellent
problem-solving and customer service skills a must. Excellent
communication skills, both oral and written require. Ability to
lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis.
