Must be available for primarily evening shifts and occasional early morning and rotating Saturday shifts.Work Activities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide them with information about products and/or services;
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions including purchase orders, stock receipts, sales orders, credit notes, etc.;
• Proactively respond to customer questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service;
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor and other location personnel;
• Complete required documentation for incoming/outgoing materials;
• Inspect and maintain supplies and equipment;
• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.Qualifications:
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and direction;
  • Must be able to lead small groups of employees;
  • Responsible for setting a positive customer service tone with their team;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer Proficient;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must demonstrate ability to motivate and direct groups of employees;
  • Must be available to work some evenings & Saturdays;
  • Possess strong leadership skills;
  • Must be 18 or older (to drive forklift and run equipment.
  • Previous Retail Lead management requiredPhysical Requirements:
    • Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.
