multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to provide
service and product knowledge for our Customers, Agents, and IMOs
through inbound and outbound communication channels. If you enjoy

service position has a starting salary of $19.50/hour and has a
potential of hybrid work schedule after the successful completion

REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you will
assist customers via telephone support in a friendly, professional,
and knowledgeable manner. This role requires patience, empathy, and
listening skills to handle all requests and concerns. Occasionally,
there will be complaints or complex problems, which allows
development in conflict resolution and team collaboration. Some
administrative duties are intertwined in the role of a
representative. These duties may include research and resolutions
of situations that vary in nature. SILAC provides ongoing training
to enhance the knowledge and accuracy in responding to inquiries of
diverse complexity. SILAC is looking for a detail-oriented
individual that possess the technical know-how to update our
systems and utilize reports for fraud, privacy issues, complaints,
and suggestions. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED 1 year in customer service from
educational, professional training, or work experience Experience
with PC applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WORK SCHEDULE Our hours are Monday
through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Shifts will start
between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM MT. Training schedule is Monday through
