Job Description:
Job DescriptionSalary: $14-16/hr.What Youll Do:Were seeking an
experienced Customer Service Agent that will be responsible for
over the phone support and providing customers with top notch
customer service and tech support solutions. Pay includes hourly
pay, hourly accelerators, and opportunities for commissions. Remote
access support experience is preferred but not required. We are
seeking a representative that can work in our Lindon, UT office
from 11am-7pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (1 per
month with day off during week when scheduled for
Saturday).HelpCloud offers:

- Customer first mindset to resolve any and all
questions/concerns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen
- Accurate, fast typing and entering correct data on customer
profiles using computer software
- Basic computer skills, navigation and data entry
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and
accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with
other departments to resolve inquires
- First point of customer contact for general inquiries, issues
and concerns
- The drive to continue self-educating on our products and
industryNice-to-have:
- 1 - 2 years of Customer Service Experience
