Hiring for Customer Service Representative
Position Details:
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Position: Escalations Representative / Customer Service Representative
Job duration: 6 months (Possible Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Client Location:Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Hours/Week: 40
Pay Rate: $21/hr. - $23.34/hr.
Shifts: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Note:
The position is HYBRID. (One Week WFH/ One Week in Office)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate customers over the phone (expect 5+ high level calls per day).
