Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Advisory Services Customer
Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle receipt of new cases, draft cases, and work with clients to
gather missing information
Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
Assign/schedule cases to physicians based on location,
availability, and client requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in a
business office environment
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Excellent computer skills, including Apple Operating System, Google
Chrome, and Gmail
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment
Excellent organizational skills
