For: Friendly and energetic with great people skills Able to
multitask and stay positive under pressure Dependable and punctual
Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train
the right person! Responsibilities Prep vegetables, meats, sauces,
and other ingredients daily Follow recipes and portion guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas Properly label,
date, and store food Assist line cooks as needed Follow all food
safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Kitchen or prep
experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to
detail Team-oriented and dependable Ability to stand for extended

restaurant franchise concept featuring authentic Greek recipes,

by two third-generation restaurateurs with more than 30 years in
the food and hospitality business. Like anyone who loves truly good
