Join us in work that matters.The talent development specialist partners across HR and operating groups to assess needs, design, implement and evaluate talent development solutions to support Sevita's mission and maximize our employees' potential across the organization. This includes creating programs and initiatives that support meaningful career growth experiences that enable employees at all levels to learn, grow and enhance their professional careers.This job is 100% remote and can be performed anywhere in the U.S.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.Manage the design, development, implementation and evaluation of various talent development initiatives and programs based on best practices and external and internal workforce demographic trends.Lead group facilitation, trainings and presentations to various organizational audiences (in-person and virtual).Collaborate to create supervisor, management and leadership development resources and tools to support a culture of coaching and engagementProvide instructional design expertise to support identifying root causes, determining training needs, solution development, and ongoing evaluation for effectiveness.Produce tools and resources for individual development planning and career development.Leverage existing tools and resources, such as our Learning Management System, and stay up to date on industry developments that support engaging and developing employees in a highly distributed hourly workforcePerforms other related duties and activities as required.This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may have indirect oversight through project team management, ongoing learning governance in partnership with our field operators and HR teams, and development and growth for field training roles across the organization.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Learning and Development or related field or equivalent industry experience.3-5 years experience in Training, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources or a related role.3+ years in course development and design, utilizing adult learning theoryDirect experience in developing career path programming and front-line leadership programs a plus.Other Skills and Abilities:Business acumen and understanding of the impact of training and development on desired outcomesRelationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution-oriented approachesProcess orientation and subject matter expertise in adult learning, performance, and talent management processesAbility to take ownership of projects and manage resources to achieve projected outcomesAbility to think creatively and strategically to make recommendations and to execute assignmentsAbility to synthesize and analyze data to inform appropriate solutions and to measure impactExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and content authoring tools.Other Requirements:Travel as neededPhysical Requirements:Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
