We're looking for a driven, business focused, service-oriented Sr. HR Business Partner to join our global HR team. The successful incumbent will be a strategic, yet hands-on, business partner to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This role will report to the CPO and will be a change agent to drive organizational transformation, high performance, talent development, succession, and engagement, along with other progressive HR initiatives for the company.   • Partner with senior leaders to shape their vision and align people practices to drive high performance
  • Lead talent processes, performance review, and compensation processes
  • Deliver performance management coaching and provide guidance to employees and managers on effective communications and expectations setting, as we move to a more continuous feedback model
  • Ensure compensation programs and initiatives enable us to attract, reward and retain top talent
  • Be a cultural champion, both as a role model within Quotient and in company-wide initiatives to help us scale and strengthen our culture as we grow
  • Work collaboratively with others on global teams to execute strategic plans, and to generate ideas and introduce new concepts and HR processes
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team on all areas of recruitment, including onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Proactively anticipate business needs, formulate, and drive change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range of issues, including investigations in response to employee relations issues and recommend/implement courses of action based on investigation results
  • Identify training and development needs and help facilitate training as needed
  • Use data and analytics to drive improvement (e.g., retention, engagement, hiring)
  • Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community; strive for operational excellence and execution of HR activities while identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation wherever possible
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to HR GeneralistWhat You'll Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or other applicable area of study
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience with HR Business Partner experience
    • Experience working in high-tech and high growth company
    • Proven experience in coaching, developing, and influencing leaders to create, implement and execute people strategies
    • Demonstrates solid judgment and problem-solving skills
    • Proven success establishing collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels and in all parts of the organization
    • Change agent and role model for leading cultural change
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action
    • Self-motivated; takes initiative to get things done
    • Results-orientation with outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior leaders and influence through strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with experience leveraging HR tools such as Workday, Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Systems.... experience with Sales compensation plans a plus
    • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization structure preferred
