From strategic initiatives to day-to-day HR functions, you’ll partner with leaders and associates to enable growth, strengthen engagement, and cultivate talent. Key responsibilities include: Serve as a trusted advisor on associate relations, performance coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation Lead recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration Support payroll and benefit administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws Champion talent initiatives, including succession planning, mentorship programs, training, and retention Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and implement workforce solutions Promote associate engagement through events, stay interviews, and community outreach Maintain accurate personnel records and lead record audits Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies Serve as a confidential point of contact for associates Some travel required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Required Bachelors Degree Required or 2 years of applicable HR experience Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Kronos) preferred Strong customer service orientation in a collaborative team environment Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality Should the selected candidate meet qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted accordingly.
