AdvancedMD is looking for talented and highly motivated Software Engineers to join our team. This role will focus on assisting in full stack development. You will analyze user needs and design, develop, and maintain software solutions. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting necessary modules and components, including Angular applications, and coupling them together into a functional app along with the back-end services using approved design patterns. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team in an open, supportive environment. Design and develop applications using agile development processes. Consult with leadership and software architects to ensure agreement on system principles. Adhere to good development practices: documentation, code standards, code/design reviews, optimization and maintainability. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and influencing skills Ability to understand and deliver solutions for complex coding challenges Develops software that operates within a highly scalable distributed multi-tiered environment Strive to learn new skills to further enhance performance. Communicate new skills & tools to other teammates Develop new backend services using T-SQL, C#, ASP.NET and or .NET Core Design and develop product assets, features, themes and style guides Ensure that technical debt is addressed with team proactively Build reusable UI code and libraries while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs An eye for details in maintaining the end user experience Ability to leverage existing RESTful services and APIs Maintain a high level of code quality through use of TDD, unit testing, integration testing and other advanced software development techniques Ability to work in fast-paced, team-orientated environment. Minimum Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience A minimum of 2 years - Professional experience with full stack development in a C#/ASP.Net environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front end frameworks such as HTML5, Bootstrap, Flexbox or Materialize Experience using CSS preprocessors like SASS and LESS 4 Experience in Backend Development including development, testing and debugging of scalable web applications Experience with C#/ASP.NET and/or .NET Core and SQL Experience with SQL/T-SQL and Relational Databases Experience with Agile development and GIT Familiarity with automated testing frameworks suck as Jasmine, Protractor Experience with performance tuning and optimization a plus #LI-AM1 Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
