We are a well funded start up in the marijuana tech space. Right now, we are at a point where we need someone to play a critical role in the development and evolution of our data platform and applications as we work to advance the subject of cannabis wellness.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and participate in critical engineering and product discussions
• Evolve our software delivery practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentor and coach other engineers
• Build platform services, web and mobile applications
• Develop infrastructure and devops capabilities
• Work in a collaborative environment and partner with others to achieve optimal results
• Embrace honest and respectful communications in an inclusive environment
  What You Need for this Position
  
  • 8 Years software development experience. Our tech stack is React, ReactNative, Node, Python, Docker, AWS, Algolia, Mongo, Kafka, and more
  • Experience with fully automated Deployment Pipelines and Test Driven Development
  • Enthusiasm for coaching, pair/mob programming, and empiricism
  • Familiarity with IaaC, Event-driven architecture, and AWS
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
