    • Apply agile development practices, working closely with your team to rapidly deliver high-value features
    • Work within the team to address and resolve escalated production issues in a timely manner, participating in postmortems and root cause analysis and assisting to identify and implement mitigation strategies based on what was learned
      • Mentor and share knowledge with other engineers to lift the team and products
      • Understand how the code you write benefits the end user and our company goals
      • Research new technologies and ways to improve our software and processes
      • Champions technical excellence and quality in the design and implementation of our softwareREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
        • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
        • 5+ years of development experience with Java
        • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and JPA
        • Experience with pair programming or mob programming
        • Authorized to work in the U.S.STRONG PLUSES
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills
          • Experience developing well designed REST APIs and working with 3rd party APIs
