Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Administrator
professional that is interested in supporting our Lead Technical
Architect on the development and integration of tools like
Salesforce, Paylocity, and a future-state ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and deployment of new features and
functionality across our growing tech stack, including the
translation of business requirements into configuration
specifications
- Leverage software tools like Salesforce Field Service and
Youreka to capture critical workflow and customer data from our
field service technicians
- Support our software release Quality Assurance (QA)
function
- Train and demo software functionality with end users
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve user
experience and tool utilization
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong technical aptitude
- Exposure to enterprise software such as Salesforce, MS
Dynamics, Infor etc.
- Life-long learner
- Technical mindset
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Experience developing or implementing software preferred
Education/Experience
