Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Administrator professional that is interested in supporting our Lead Technical Architect on the development and integration of tools like Salesforce, Paylocity, and a future-state ERP. Responsibilities:

• Support development and deployment of new features and functionality across our growing tech stack, including the translation of business requirements into configuration specifications
• Leverage software tools like Salesforce Field Service and Youreka to capture critical workflow and customer data from our field service technicians
• Support our software release Quality Assurance (QA) function
• Train and demo software functionality with end users
• Proactively identify new opportunities to improve user experience and tool utilization
