Job Description:
Make an impact We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The successful
candidate will act as a key liaison between our central IT
department and various business units, helping them to develop,
implement, and support custom workflows and solutions within the
ServiceNow platform. This role is a unique blend of technical
development and business analysis, requiring a candidate who can
translate business needs into effective technical realities. Key
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to
understand their processes, identify pain points, and gather
requirements for new ServiceNow applications and workflows. Design,
develop, test, and deploy robust solutions on the ServiceNow
platform, including creating business rules, UI policies, client
scripts, ACLs, and notifications. Take ownership of our
Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring its accuracy,
integrity, and effective use across the organization. Develop and
maintain custom workflows, service catalogs, and automations to
improve business efficiency and user experience. Maintain
relationship with ServiceNow consulting vendor. Provide ongoing
support and administration for existing ServiceNow modules,
troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Create and
maintain detailed technical documentation, user guides, and
training materials. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new
features, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous
improvements. What you should bring 10 years of proven experience
as a ServiceNow Developer or Specialist. Strong, hands-on
experience with ServiceNow workflow design, Service Catalog, and
custom application development. In-depth knowledge of and practical
experience with the ServiceNow CMDB, including data modeling,
discovery, and service mapping. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide,
and other ServiceNow development technologies. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business
stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with
a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering business value.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong vendor
management skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with
IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or
other ServiceNow modules. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development

These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible

*The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for
the Company for at least 60 days. Paid Time Off: Employee will
accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17
days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Following six (6) months
of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth,
adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid
parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks
of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be
eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth,
adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver
of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of
pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of
approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if
