Workman Nydegger, PC is a 45+ attorney intellectual property law firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are seeking a Litigation & Docketing Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will support lawyers and other legal personnel with preparation of legal documents and correspondence such as summonses, complaints, motions, Table of Authorities, Table of Contents, hyperlinking, electronic filing through the ECF filing system, Greenfiling, and USPTO. The Assistant will also docket litigation deadlines using ProLaw software, maintain electronic client files, and other administrative responsibilities. Significant litigation experience in a support role is required for this position.Successful candidates will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as superior administrative and computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office is essential.
