recognition, and respect Position Details: Thursday to Saturday,
with start time between 5pm-6pm. $27.50 per hour Must be over the
age of 21 and have a current and valid a Class A CDL Position
Purpose: The Yard Driver, Class A CDL is responsible for moving
tractor trailers to/from the loading docks and parking loaded or
empty trailers in designated areas in a safe and timely manner and
in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers
professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a
timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and
organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best
serve the company. Responsibilities may include, but not limited
to: Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all
DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies. Fuels, moves,
and parks tractors and trailers to the docks. Tractor trailers will
be moved around the facility, no city driving. Secures trucks,
trailers, and equipment always. Performs other related duties as
assigned. CM-ALL Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED or
Equivalent • 6 months driving experience Internal candidates may be
promoted with less than 6 months experience with good performance
record in accordance with driver training program requirements. •
Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required
overtime for the position. • Valid driver’s license with Class A
CDL • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements
(where applicable) • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3
years • Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check •
Pass road test • Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift
gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product
cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product
generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between
approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location Company
