Job Description:
1.--Sorts sub-standard product out and ensures that the
appearance and overall quality of product meets Nestl-- quality
standards.
2.--Watches for foreign matter in product and notifies Team Leader
and/or Q.A. when foreign material is found.
3.--Does not use excess materials/product.
4.--Hand-weighs, hand-scoops, hand-counts, and/or hand-places
products at or above line speed consistently and accurately.
5.--Cleans workstation, bowls, and area at end of shift, prior to
break/lunch, and during downtime.
6.--Models the Springville Compass in all work-related
activities.
7.--Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.ble to
stand on the production floor for 9.5 hours shift.--
Able to do repetitive motion on a food production line.
