The Expertise We're Looking For

* Outstanding customer relations experience
* Sales experience is a plus
* FINRA Series 7 OR ability to acquire series 7 upon hire
* High degree of motivation and able to work collaboratively
* Knowledge of a consultative relationship process helpful

The Purpose of Your Role

As part of the Workplace Planning and Advice outbound call team, you will engage inactive and active 401(k) participants to introduce them to our services, guiding them through all their available options. You'll connect with our clients to build effective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads. Our top-quality training resources will ensure you have all the answers you need to provide customers with the best guidance - and to get the results you are striving toward.

* Introducing 401(k) participants to business partners to have appropriate Investment Solutions conversations
* Building rapport and opening a conversation with Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultative skills with client interactions
* Learn book-management skills and effectively handling leads through lead utilization
* Set up targeted appointments to address client needs related to products and services
