Our Collateral Loan Post-Closing Reviewer position will work with existing Loan Operations team members to complete objectives in a rapidly growing and changing lending environment. This position offers a competitive starting salary and the following is a list of tasks you may experience, but not limited to, within the roleSummary Of Essential Job Functions* Perform post-closing loan review to include the following* Understand details of opened loan and verify the receipt of all loan documents.* Verify that all loan documents have been scanned into the core system; if not, communicate with the scanner who processed the file to determine status.* Verify that all documents in the core system have been named correctly and filed in the correct location.* Determine if documents are missing or incomplete and create exceptions if records are deficient.* If exceptions exist, follow-up with Closer/Processor to obtain missing file documents and clear exceptions.* Ensure that new documents received from the Closer/Processor have been scanned into the core system.* Perform some filing as part of the post-closing review.* Ensure that collateral documents have been recorded correctly; assure bank is protected.* Follow-up with DMV for perfected vehicle titles.* Follow-up with title companies to obtain Final Title Policy and recorded DOTs and AORs.* Follow-up for Search-to-Reflect.* Ensure collateral perfection* Perfect titles to vehicles, ships, etc.* Create new, amend, continue and terminate UCC filings.* Process paid-off loans* Verify collateral to be released.* Complete checklist process.* Prepare re conveyances in accordance with states' laws.* Mail re conveyances and ensure that a copy is filed.* Follow-up for recorded documents.
