Job Description:

Aerotek is looking for Case Specialist to resolve customer complaint cases!Description:

• Conducting research on complaints regarding bank accounts (specific to Auto loans)
• Will be performing an investigation on a customer complaint and identifying issues.
• Will work with internal players to get resolution for customer complaint.
• Expected to ID trends, provide feedback and report back to party submitting complaint.
• Will also perform risk mitigation by identifying key information and meeting internal and Government Regulated key guidelines.Requirements:
  • 2 years customer service experience with escalation management
  • Proven problem solving skills and/or analytical research experience
  • 1 year financial services experience preferred
