Job Summary
Provides curriculum development and instructional design expertise, and organization-wide training process support. Oversees curriculum management process. Assists Corporate Training Administrator in implementing organization-wide standardized curriculum, instructional development and management, training analytics, and training process compliance. Creates training content and delivery assessment for application in settings across the organization, including for online/CBT (Computer Based Training). Implements best practice instructional design methods to foster consistent training standards and effective learning for the student. Assists with administering Learning Management System (LMS). May directly deliver training programs as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Communication, Business Management or closely related field. Masters Degree or additional certification in Instructional Design preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years' experience in content creation, including building online/CBT. Demonstrated classroom presentation skills. Strong relationship building abilities and influencing skills to pull people together around common goals. Preferred experience: Developing training standards; Knowledge of the ADDIE methodology; and Coordinating training efforts within a decentralized environment.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Expert knowledge of corporate training program design and implementation.
Knowledge and application of project management processes and group facilitation methodologies
Advanced process management and analytical skills.
Strong leadership, cross-section team-working, and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including with outside agencies, consultants, executive level managers, and employees.
Skilled in computer use and the application of a variety of associated software to include Learning Management Systems preferably in Learnerweb and Adobe E-Learning Suite to include Adobe Captivate and Scorm Packager. Skilled with Google Docs, Visio, and Publisher preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc) at the intermediate to expert Must have a valid Utah driver's license. Must be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years. Cannot have more than Two (2) violation of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last ten (10) years.
