The Job

  • Support in the creation of benefits package and bonus programs that are competitive and align with the companys strategic plan
  • Conduct job evaluations, and work with business and compensation consultant to determine proper job grade levels; manage the process for existing and newly created positions and conduct job audits as appropriate
  • Create and support uniform title and title levelling structures
  • Participate and submit data for compensation surveys
  • Conduct comparative market benchmark reviews, analyze market rates for similar jobs in comparable labor markets and recommend changes as appropriate to maintain desired market competitiveness and ensure internal equity
  • Work with the People Operations Manager to support the Performance and Merit planning cycles
  • Provide compensation recommendations for new hires and internal promotions and progressions with partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Provide support in the evaluation of benefits broker, contracts and vendor management
  • Partner with the benefits broker and HRIS team to launch the annual open enrollment process
  • Partner with benefits broker review competitiveness of the benefit plans and provide recommendations
  • Provide timely responses to escalated and advanced benefits questions
  • Develop content for self service for compensation and benefit questions
  • SME in developing processes and policies around compensation and benefits
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


    • Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
    • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits
    • Hands on experience with HRIS or HCM software related to benefits and compensation
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extrapolate data to guide and advise
    • Familiarity with Labor legislation and guidelines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence decision makers
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent ability to structure and create process in a high growth flexible environment
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
