About This Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and driven product owner to join our Financial Services team. As a product owner, you manage major e-commerce partners and lead key roadmap initiatives. If you are excited to collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and development teams to analyze and deliver e-commerce initiatives, then you've found the right opportunity. Daily activities include leading cross-functional team meetings to dive into use cases, create user stories, prioritize backlogs, and work with development teams to ensure acceptance criteria is delivered. A successful candidate will be able to think beyond specific functions and take a full view of e-commerce, from product development and marketing to technology and operations. Must be able to work with cross-functional partners internally and externally. This role is for someone who excited to work on major initiatives, aggressive enough to drive projects and an influencer to work with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Own product development and delivery of our e-commerce initiatives. Participate in product roadmap strategy planning and prioritization with product management leaders, business leaders and stakeholders. Author stories and manage product backlog using Agile methodology to lead development sprints. Solve business problems working with business and development teams using Agile and scrum methodologies. Collaborate with business leaders/stakeholders to develop the best in class products for our users and clients. Lead and direct product initiatives across all business workstreams to delivery product initiatives in line with business priorities. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology with previous held positions in one or more areas: Product Ownership, Product Management, Product Development, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or other relatable positions. Experience gathering and writing product requirements through user story creation, user story maps and working across multiple teams to gather stakeholder requirements. Proficiency with JIRA is preferred. Ability to work autonomously, self-driven. Payments industry knowledge is a plus but not required. KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities): How competency is demonstrated Strong documentation skills, with familiarity working with user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, flow diagrams, and user personas. Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines. Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility. Passionate customer advocate with distinguished ability to identify and meet customer needs. Respect for user experience and technical design essential. Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships. Experience working with Agile development methodologies required. High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic environment. Ability to function and lead in a team environment. Influential and persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor and defender of development capacity.
