Job Title: Medical Call Center Clerk
Based at: VA Medical Center, Salt Lake City.
Maintain appointment schedules for one or more outpatient clinics.Assist with clinic access contingency plans by adjusting appointment times, location, or dates. Shifts patients to other healthcare providers as conflict with staffing and/or coverage occurs.Communicate with medical staff and doctors.Collect, scans, and updates health insurance information and medical records.Screen/receive phone calls and direct the call in the best way possible.This is a full-time position, and the work hours are between 8am and 4:30 pm. You will have 3 breaks. One 30 minutes break for lunch and 2 15minutes breaks.
Salary : $11.50 per hour,
If you work extra hours you will have 10% increase on the normal pay
