Performs a variety of fiscal support functions that may include
purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and/or other
Three years of related experience in purchasing, accounts
payable and receivable, payroll and other related fiscal duties or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Performs a variety of purchasing functions that involve
processing payments, overseeing requisition activities, inputting
purchase information, placing orders, managing accounts and
contracts, and working with vendors.
- Coordinates purchasing details with vendor and monitors
contracts and payments for compliance.
- Reviews and submits paperwork for the bid processes and tracks
purchases until completed and paid.
- Provides support for county work order system including
monitoring, system changes, security, and reporting.
- Reconciles various fiscal records.
- Assists with various fiscal functions and compliance.
- Assists with preparing and processing payroll and related
actions, answers payroll questions.
- Assists with budget preparation.
- Assists with maintaining fiscal and payroll records and
performs back-up accounting functions.
- Completes necessary journal entries and journal voucher
